A highly dynamic individual with infectious enthusiasm, Gautam Ladkat has played a pivotal role in the incorporation and management of the Group’s several businesses. His strategic insights have made positive impact on the operational and financial performance of the companies.
Gautam brings to the table 20 years’ hands-on experience in the real estate sector; he spearheaded the land and property acquisition processes for all the Group companies, besides being a key decision maker for colossal infrastructure projects in India.
It is Gautam’s visionary leadership and futuristic thinking that are empowering the Panama Group to break new ground in high value real estate deals.
Vijay Phadatare brings to the table a unique combination of knowhow in the Automobile and Civil engineering domains. An innovator at heart, he applies his in-depth expertise in the fields of agriculture, agro business, infrastructure, and construction to bring success to the company’s ambitious projects. Earlier in his career, he has demonstrated his skills and capabilities in the areas of township, building construction, and infrastructure projects. He also has 12+ years of rich experience in infrastructure development and agri business.
Gifted with a keen interest in Sales and Marketing of real estate projects, Sakshi’s dynamic leadership has hugely contributed to the growth of Panama Sunarch Developers. Capitalizing on her marketing experience in the education sector, she has been instrumental in accelerating the sales and has successfully sold out the last phase and wing of Silver Stone, an iconic residential project in Handewadi, Pune.
Through her experience, skills, and team management ability, Ms. Sakshi aims to build a stronger and proactive team that focuses on enriching the customer experience at every touch point.
